This site is a tribute to Holger Schutkowski, who was born on September 03, 1956 and died of MND on March 30, 2020, after courageously living with the disease for 6 years.

Holger loved life & the people in it, and countered every shadow, including the disease, with a cheerful dignity that meant to never ever forget the bright side & live life to the fullest. Much missed, we carry him in our heart, and he will always be remembered.

Up to the very end, Holger was committed to supporting both the research into finding a cause & cure for MND and the care afforded to individuals affected by this progressive fatal condition, through the MNDA and its associates. This tribute page shall be a continuation of his efforts, a place for fundraising and your contributions, however small, and for your thoughts and memories of him.
